The Witnesses

For the longest time, the bio on the Witnesses' web page read "the Witnesses are a rock band from New York City." A description rather astute in its simplicity, this is the most accurate statement to be made about the band. Even a cursory glance at their live show would provide sufficient evidence; unconcerned with the frills of New York City scene's rock conventions, the Witnesses prefer to just cut loose with bravado and abandon. They cut a very limited 12" EP for Hungry Eye Records of 4 songs that are staples of their live set.
